What will be a new trend this fall/winter is the return of the "tartan" checked fantasy. It will come back everywhere on boots, skirts, coats etc. But exactly where does it come from? Tartan is a wide plaid wool fabric of various colors, originally used in Scottish kilt packaging. Today it can be wool or wool blend and synthetic fibers.
